Jig for making interconnects.
Use one cord from a zip cord to hold the teflon tube. Slide the tube onto the wire, and tighten it with a hasp. Using an electric wire instead of string is beneficial because it does not strech as much, giving a tauter core to turn the teflon tube around. The disadvantage is that the copper inside the wire will tear after a few uses, and must be replaced.
