The cable is well suited for bi-wiring. Divide the wires into two groups, a large one (9 or 10 pairs) for the base, and a small group (5 or 6 pairs) for the treble. Since the base drivers use most of the energy, it makes sense to allocate 2/3 of the cable to the base, and 1/3 to the treble.
Make sure that the 5 or 6 wires used for the treble come from the same 5 or 6 pairs in the cable. Any pairs that are split with one wire to the base, and one wire to the treble will be wasted, since it will not carry any current at all.

This cable has a 5 / 10 wire split. The amplifier end at the bottom, and the speaker end at the top.
